You'd expect python's "import numpy" would be able to find it, but no. Since there are other dependencies for gpu support, it had issues, now you don't face those issues because it is "downgraded" to cpu I'm working with Python's virtual environment (venv) and for some reason it didn't work for me to just. Be sure you still are in tensorflow environment. To solve this problem, use a common folder to install BOTH, the Python as well as sqlite.
